This group is ONLY for people with 5k race times that range from 19-27 minutes. We do 5k, 10k, 15k and half marathons.This is a Training cycle team. We train hard doing hills, tempos, intervals and distance. Members are required to attend one session a week. If you don't show up after that week, we remove you from our list.
